Adding next seasons fares

STEP 1: Adding Next Season to Current Fare.

1.0 Go to ‘My Products’ and click ‘View Products’.

1.1 Click on view next to the product.

1.2 Once you’ve selected the product, click ‘Create Draft’ which is located in the top right corner

1.3 Go to ‘Step 5: Fare Prices’ and click on ‘Edit’

1.4 This will open a new window where pricing and dates are loaded. Click ‘Add Next Season’ > ‘Save Next Season’

1.5 This will add a new column automatically following from the previous dates e.g. ‘Travel Until’ 31-mar-2016 will lead on ‘Travel From’ 01-Apr-2016

STEP 2: Updating Next Season Rate

2.0 Once saved, enter the new RRP rate and Net Rate/margin for the next season

2.1 Update the ‘Active On’ date to the following days date, which will allow agents to book and view the fare from that date.

2.2 Click ‘Update’ and close window

2.3 Check all fares and prices followed by ‘Submit for Approval’ which is located in the top right corner


**Important notes:

- When adding a fare with multiple dates and prices remember to click ‘Add Next Season’, ‘Save Next Season’ to link each fare

- Remember to click ‘Submit for Approval’ which is located in the top right corner

- The ‘Travel From’ & ‘Travel Until’ dates are when the customer can travel

- The ‘Active On’ & ‘Active Until’ dates are when the agent can view the fare in the system
