Cannot find voucher

Cant find your voucher?
No need to worry!
It's one of the easiest things to find on WebsiteTravel.
Its as easy as a walk in the park.


You can search for a voucher by using the voucher number, customers first name, last name or both names.

STEP 1: Claiming using the customer’s name

1.1 Enter the customer’s name instead of the voucher number. You can enter either voucher number, reference number or the customer name to claim a voucher

STEP 2: Checking the voucher number

2.1 Double check the voucher that you received from the customer to make sure it is correct 

2.2 If the voucher is correct or the voucher number was taken down over the phone, the next step is to contact the agent to make sure the voucher number is correct, voucher is still valid and hasn’t been refunded or cancelled

2.3 If the voucher has been cancelled or transferred, take down the new voucher that has been reissued by the agent

‘Step 2: Create Remittance’

Green Vouchers - Ready to be invoiced (Remember you can only submit a maximum of 2 invoices per 15 days)

Orange Vouchers - Vouchers in orange are waiting for the Travel Date to arrive. If the Travel Date falls between the 1-15th of the month, your voucher will be released on the 1st of the same month for invoicing. Similarly, if the Travel Date falls between the 16- last day of the month, your voucher will be released on the 16th of the same month for invoicing.

Red Vouchers - The voucher is new and cannot be invoiced until the voucher is more than 48 hours old or the Travel date has passed.

Purple Vouchers - The voucher is awaiting payment by the agent. Once the agent has paid these vouchers can then be invoiced.
