Turning amended net rate function ON or OFF

Agents do have the ability to amend a net rate, but only with prior approval from the operator. We have built this function so operators can give last-minute specials without having to load it into WebsiteTravel Global Marketplace and wait a day for approval, potentially losing the sale.

If you wish to turn this function OFF, log into your account and go to 'My Details'. You have the ability to toggle this on or off under 'Operator Settings'. All accounts are defaulted to ON.

If agents tries to amend any rates on any of your products they will see the following message:

This operator does not allow rates to be amended on TravelDesk. Please contact the operator directly to request the ability to edit the rate.

Please note that by turning this off agents can no longer amend your rates and you have to turn ON again should you wish give out any specials.
