Deleting and archiving images
If you have images in your gallery that you no longer wish to display you can either delete or archive these. Please note that only images loaded on products are visible to agents.
To delete or archive images, please follow the below steps:
- Log into your account
- Go to 'My Products' and click on 'Gallery' > 'Images':
- Select the images you wish to remove and either select 'Delete' or 'Archive':
- If you select to 'DELETE' the image will be permanently deleted, which is why we recommend to 'Archive' the image instead.
- Click 'Apply':
- A confirmation pop up box will appear and click 'OK' if you wish to proceed:
- The two images selected have now been archived:
- To display ALL images, including archived images, click on the tick box 'Include archived':
- Archived images will display 'Archived' and should you wish to 'un-archive' them, select the images, select 'Un-archive' from the drop down and click 'Apply':
- The system will not let you delete any images that are currently in use and if you try a warning will appear notifying you that the 'Action has been unsuccessful as images are in use.'
